Using Pickly
You agree to use Pickly lawfully, provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and avoid activity that disrupts the service or harms customers, cafes, or Pickly.
Orders and Pickup
Pickly helps customers place pickup orders with participating cafes. Cafes are responsible for preparing items, menu accuracy, availability, pickup timing, and food or beverage quality. Pickup times are estimates and may change.
Payments, Refunds, and Rewards
Prices, fees, rewards, passes, and offers may vary by cafe and may change. Refunds or cancellations may depend on order status, cafe policy, payment provider rules, and applicable law.
Cafe Partners
Cafe partners are responsible for menu content, pricing, allergens, branch information, order fulfilment, and complying with applicable food safety, licensing, tax, and consumer protection obligations.
Content and Intellectual Property
Pickly's brand, design, software, text, images, and other content belong to Pickly or its licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse the service except as allowed by these terms or with written permission.
Service Changes
Pickly is preparing for launch and may update, pause, or remove features at any time. We may update these terms by posting a newer version on this page.
Liability
Pickly is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pickly is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
